From a Mobile Device
You can down the individual photos to your phone by clicking on the little red arrow on each photo. When downloading individual photos to your phone, they will download in full resolution. Please note, some mobile devices will compress high-resolution images so it is always recommended to download your gallery using a computer for the best experience. If you download a zip file with multiple photos to your phone, you will need to "extract/unzip" the folder - please see the instructions below.
From a Computer
You can download the entire gallery (or individual photos) to your computer:
Step One: Click on "Select Photos" in the upper right-hand corner of your gallery.
Step Two: A little button will appear on the upper left-hand side that says "Select All" - click on this to select all of the photos. You can also just select individual photos that you want by clicking on the little circle that appears in the bottom left-hand corner of each photo when you hover over an image.
Step Three: After you have selected the photos you want, click on the "Download" button that appears in the upper right-hand corner. This will download a "Zip" file to your computer.
Step Four: IMPORTANT - You will need to extract the zip files and save the photos to a folder on your computer. This will ensure the photos are in full resolution when you go to order your prints. Two tutorials are linked below - one for windows computers and one for apple computers with instructions for how to unzip/extract photos from zip folders:
Social Media Tips: When uploading to Facebook or Instagram, make sure you are selecting a high-resolution image (that has been extracted if downloaded as part of a zip file) and that you are connected to wifi. Instagram also has a setting to "upload in HD" that you will need to select by going to your account settings > data usage > and toggling on High Resolution Uploads. In addition to this, head to your Celluar Data Usage settings and select "Upload High Resolution Media" via wifi. One last tip, when changing your Facebook profile image, do not crop the high resolution image; instead, upload the full size image and just scale to the icon settings from your computer. This will ensure that Facebook does not compress your image after uploading.
